Kundalini 4 week: Mind, Meditation & Mercury Mini Series

As the holiday season kicks up and the the planets play a little dance, this Kundalini 4 Week Mini Series will keep you balanced with all the hustle and bust...bustle ;) Through specific kriyas (posture/movements) you will clear energetic blocks and prepare for expansive meditation. During our 4 week you will deepen your meditation practices every week building up to 22 minutes. Meditation will be focused on the fifth chakra. When Mercury, the planet of communication, technology and travel, takes a nap over the almost next 4 weeks by retrograding (slowing down) things can go wonky! However, there is a human technology known as the Kundalini that you can use to tap into the neutral mind. This allows things to not rock you, rather you become the stable self, the aware self, the conscious self.

Week 1 Detoxify with 5 minute meditation
Week 2 Mind Balance with 10 minute meditation
Week 3 Elevate the Spirit with 16 minute meditation
Week 4 Strengthening the Aura with 22 minute meditation
You are invited to continue the meditation practice in between classes and a private facebook group will be available to support you. EVEN once the mini series has ended the FB group will stay open for a full 40 days (form a habit change), until December 23rd to support your meditation support at home.
Kristen Marie Williams is a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher. After having her son, a preemie at 26 weeks, Kristen was given a unique experience and perspective that now guides her life. She had to slow down, narrow her attention and grow, emotionally and spiritually. Kristen learned to look at the edges of herself and soften, to open where she was closed and explore new space within herself that required her to level up. All of this led her to develop a deeper relationship with spirit and selfcare, specifically through Kundalini Yoga. Kristen Marie received her 200 hr KRI Level One Aquarian Certification. Kristen Marie has also received her Level 2 Certification in Shamanic Energy Medicine.
Kundalini Yoga is based in the belief that you have an infinite connection to the universe beyond the five sense. Once you tap into the Kundalini (energy located at the base of the spine) and activate this energy, you deepen your "star sight" (third eye chakra) and are able to live your life from this intuitive state. You will no longer seek answers, rather the answers will be known. During each class we will practice postures (known as kriyas) breathwork, mantra (chanting), & mudra (hand positioning).
