Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where practitioners use props to support the body and allow various target areas of the body to feel slight, slow, and steady tension. The practitioner allows the tissue to lengthen slowly and at its own pace. This a practice that encourages surrender, observation,non-judgement, and response. A wonderful way to practice meditation and increase flexibility. Core Strengthening exercises will also be included in the class.
