A five week series to begin or refresh your Yoga journey. Unite breath with mindful gentle
movement to stretch the body and soothe the mind. These classes are designed to gradually build strength and flexibility to prepare you for further practice.

Class Fees and Payment:
Cash, check or debit cards accepted. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to make yor purchase. Pricing is as follows:
Single Class/Drop-in $12.00 (plus tax)
Class Series (5 classes) $50.00 (plus tax)
*Pre-registration for the 5 week series can be made prior to start of class(by July 20) by contacting me at the email below. Please include any information that will make it easier to contact you.
* Any classes missed on the part of the instructor will be refunded or credited. Classes missed by students without prior notice are not refundable. Please notify me by email at least 12 hrs in advance.
* All students will be required to sign in and sign a waiver before particpating. An additional sign-in sheet may be presented for you to sign.
