Dates and Time:
September 10, 17th October 1, 15, 22, 29th 5:30- 6:30 PM
6 Mondays (NO classes on Sept. 3rd, 24th, and Oct. 8th)
Each session is 60 minutes. Come on time or 5-10 min early to settle in.
6 for $30 per session = $180
5 sessions for $35 = $175
3 sessions at $40 per session = $120

Most people who struggle with anxiety also struggle with depression. Anxiety seems to be much more prevalent with all the stimulation and competition most of us are surrounded by. The focus will comprise of managing anxiety. We do not want to ignore depression so there will be some time looking at when heaviness collapses us how we can move it.
