This day-long retreat is designed for those new to silent retreats. We will provide the space and opportunities for personal reflection, contemplation, movement and meditation.
Silent meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating, journaling, gentle movement, and more!
No experience with meditation necessary.
This retreat will be led by Lauri Ingram, a Mindfulness Advocate and Interfaith/Interspiritual Minister and Julie Bailis, a Yin Yoga and Mindfulness teacher (Level II Mindfulness Immersion from the Josh Summers School of Yin Yoga).
