Join Shawna for 45 minutes of a Yin-inspired Vinyasa Sequence on Friday Evening, March 15th at 6:15pm. Shawna will guide you through some gentle poses to open the hips. As your body heats up, Shawna will flow you through some heart openers to create additional warmth in your body, allowing any tension to seep out of your grounded feet. Your body will enjoy this gift of movement and stillness as you transition into the weekend. As the class winds down, the mat will support your body as Shawna guides you through core strengthening exercises, ending in shavasana and final meditation.
This class is by donation with all proceeds going to Sleeping Giant Park Association (SGPA).
