Ø An introduction to Wuji Gong, the foundation form of Emei Qigong
The Wuji Gong Form can be learned by anyone at any physical level. Most people feel Qi (chi) sensations the very first time they do the form. By practicing this form, you strengthen your life force. With vibrant health, the life force is strong and there is a harmonious flow of "Qi" throughout our body as well as a relative balance between our body, mind, and the environment. Qi is the energy!
Ø Emei Qigong techniques to release negative or diseased Qi from the body. These techniques help get to the ”root cause” of disease and improve your health on every level.
