TEEN MINDFULNESS 4-WEEK SERIES:
MINDFUL SWEARING & OTHER STRESS BUSTING TECHNIQUES
It isn’t easy being a teen these days. Ever feel like you just want to swear about it? Come share your experience and work on stress busting yoga and mindfulness strategies that will help you manage your stressors so that you can choose where and when to drop the F-bomb. Class will begin with a short share and discussion each week, followed by a yoga and relaxation practice suitable for all fitness levels.
This class is open to high school students.
This is a 4-week series that will meet weekly from 6:30pm - 7:30pm on Mondays

Chaucey Perreault, MS, RYT500, C-IAYT
After 10+ years as a special education teacher in a mindfulness-based program, Chaucey decided to pair her love of yoga with her love of teaching. She completed her 200-hour RYT at the Kripalu Center for Health and Wellness, her 500-hour RYT at the Yogalife Institute, and her certification as an IAYT-accredited Yoga Therapist in 2017. Along the way, she's completed trainings in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga through the Trauma Center / Bessel vanderKolk, Yoga for 12 Step Recovery with Nikki Meyers, the evidence-based Kripalu Yoga in the Schools curriculum, and Silver Age Yoga for seniors. She is an active teacher, actively committed to her own recovery, and the founder and Executive Director of Yoga4Change.
