Join us for an exploration of yoga- suitable for all ages and abilities. With the chair as our base of support, we will practice mindfulness-based movements inspired by the evidence-based Silver Age Yoga program. Part fun, part challenge, part relaxation. Let’s explore together.
$60 for the 4-week series per person.
Loved ones or caregivers just $5 each week. (You can pay for the loved ones/caregivers at the door).
