Meditation for Beginners

This 4-Week series is designed for people who are curious about meditation and starting their own practice. In this experiential class, we will define meditation & mindfullness, we will learn about the benefits of meditation, and explore and practice various meditation and mindfulnes techniques. At the end of each class, you will receive practical ways to apply these techniques to your every day life.

This class series will meet on the following Tuesdays from 6:30pm- 8:00pm:
June 18,
June 25,
July 2,
July 9,
This series will be led by Lauri Ingram, a Mindfulness Advocate at Aetna ( a CVS health company) and Julie Bailis, a Yin Yoga and Mindfulness teacher (Level II Mindfulness Immersion from the Josh Summers School of Yin Yoga).
