Mommy & Me Yoga (ages 2-4)

This series of 45 minute classes is a great way to grow together with your child in body and mind!

Along with parents or caregivers, children learn yoga principles through stories, songs, and games to develop body awareness, social skills, language, and muscle development. No previous yoga experience required. Laugh, pose, and play along with other families
Wednesday mornings from 10:00am -10:45am.

Diana Fuller is a school psychologist by day, just beginning to spread her love of yoga through teaching. Having found yoga as instrumental in her own wellness practice, she became certified in Childlight Yoga and Mindfulness for Children and has been trained in performing guided meditations and visualizations.  She shares her love of mindful movement and breath both in and out of the school setting. She also hosts a wellness podcast called Watered Grass for adults to find new self-care strategies.
