Whether you are taking care of a family member or taking care of others in a professional setting this class is made for you!
Taking care of others is not easy and sometimes it can be exhausting leaving you depleted with little time or energy to take care of yourself.
In this full day retreat we take time to:
Recognize our own challenges in a supportive and community of caregivers & explore better ways to deal with our life situations.
Learn hands-on techniques (Reflexology & relaxation techniques) to help alleviate your loved one’s insomnia, pain, & anxiety.
Learn ways we can better take care of ourselves (through journaling, art, meditation, & movement).
In addition to a mid-morning and afternoon tea service, you will receive a self-care package including various self-care products such as an acupressure ring, a foot Reflexology chart, handmade & organic body butter.
*We will spend part of the day working on each others hands, feet, and ears. If you feel uncomfortable working with others (you don’t know), please sign up with a friend.
*Please bring a bagged lunch.
