This 4-Week series is designed for and open to all graduates of “Meditation for Beginners Level 1”. In this series we will continue our exploration and practice of various forms of mindfulness and meditation. The form will be simliar to Level 1 however, in addition to our exploration and practice of various meditation and mindfulness techniques, we will include dharma talks and literature to share and discuss. We look forward to enrichening our contemplative practices together.
As always, at the end of each class, you will receive practical ways to apply these techniques to your every day life.
