2-Hour Restorative Yoga

Join Ellen Lenson for this blissfully relaxing workshop.  Ellen will guide you in a deeply restorative practice.  Your body will be comfortably supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks to allow for deep relaxation in body, mind and spirit.  In addition to restorative yoga, singing bowls and other sound healing instruments will be used to encourage you to reach a deeper state of relaxation.
