Christina Casavina, RYT
In 2001, Christina found yoga. That was the beginning of what continues to be a great life- long journey. She received her 200hr certification in 2006 and has been teaching ever since. Always a student herself, she has trained in Vinyasa with Seane Corn, Restorative with Judith Hanson Lasater, Yin Yoga with Josh Summers, Full of Joy with Lani Rosen-gallagher and Y12SR with Nikki Meyers. She has engaged in countless workshops and intensive over the years with Rolf Gates and Ana Forrest, as well as many others, all of whom she greatly respects and admires. She is an active instructor at the non-profit Yoga4Change, where she teaches several weekly classes to teens and adults in recovery from addiction.
