4-Week Miniseries Cultivating Self-Compassion

Cultivating self-compassion allows us to face difficult situations with more emotional stability, resiliency and presence. Through mindfulness, kindness, and interconnectedness we will practice developinga more compassionate mind and becoming our own best friend.
