Meditation for Beginners, Level 1

This 4-Week series is designed for people who are curious about meditation and starting their own practice. In this experiential class, we will define meditation & mindfullness, we will learn about the benefits of meditation, and explore and practice various meditation and mindfulness techniques. At the end of each class, you will receive practical ways to apply these techniques to your every day life.

This class series will meet on the following Wednesdays from 6:30pm- 8:00pm:

November 5, 12, 19, & 26

This series will be led by Lauri Ingram, a Mindfulness Advocate and Julie Bailis, a Yin Yoga and Mindfulness teacher (Level II Mindfulness Immersion from the Josh Summers School of Yin Yoga).

Crystal Awareness:
Practical & Intuitive Ways to Learn about Crystals

This 1-day course is designed to cultivate your personal relationship with crystals in intuirive and practical ways. This hands-on course will develop your intuitive awareness of crystals and the impact they have on you and others introducing techniques to use crystals for healing, meditation, wellness, and growth.

The course will include the following topics:

• Understanding crystals and how they affect our energy
• Working with crystals for personal growth, healing, and balance
• Using crystals to expand your consciousness and that of others
• Selecting, cleansing, and programming crystals
• Creating a personal crystal toolkit
• Sacred geometry and the power of unique crystal configurations
• Working with pendulums
•Balancing the chakras using crystals

Tuesday & Thursdays:
Open Morning Meditation 6:30am–7:30am

During our Open Morning Meditation Hour you will have the opportunity to sit in silence in Mountain View's very calm and peaceful studio. Your session will begin with reading of a short passage by our practice leader, a gentle stretch, and then time and space to practice the meditation style of your choice. Participants are welcome to have tea in the reception area after the meditation hour until 8 am.


Silent Retreat Day
Saturday, January 12th, 10am–3pm

This day-long retreat is designed for those new to silent retreats.  We will provide the space and opportunities for personal reflection, contemplation, movement and meditation.

Silent meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating, journaling, gentle movement, and more!
