Meditation for Beginners, Level 1
This 4-Week series is designed for people who are curious about meditation and starting their own practice. In this experiential class, we will define meditation & mindfullness, we will learn about the benefits of meditation, and explore and practice various meditation and mindfulness techniques. At the end of each class, you will receive practical ways to apply these techniques to your every day life.
This class series will meet on the following Wednesdays from 6:30pm- 8:00pm:
