Sean Weir, RYT

As a military veteran, Sean first experienced yoga and mindfulness through the Uniformed Services Program.  He became particularly interested in mind-body practices that combined the benefit of Eastern wisdom with Western, evidence-based research.  Having completed his 200 hour yoga training, he added trainings in Mindful Yoga Therapy (for veterans), the Prison Yoga Project, Yoga for 12 Step Recovery (Y12SR), and 108 Monkeys community yoga training.  Sean is particularly grateful for each opportunity to share these practices with others.
