Join us for a slightly off-the-beaten-path hike at Sleeping Giant.

We will begin on the Violet Trail, following the Quinnipiac River, and then head to the Tower. There will be a little bit of scrambling up some rocks, but after that, we head to the Tower. We will spend some time enjoying that view and then descend using the Tower Trail.
At 9 am, we will meet at the trail map by the Main Parking lot across from Quinipiac University (200 Mount Carmel Avenue, Hamden, CT 06518)

You'll want to dress for the weather, wear comfy, supportive shoes, and bring your water bottle.
This hike is open to beginners as well as those with more experience.
