"Gym Ready" offers two flexible options to help you confidently embrace your fitness journey:

Option 1: Assessment + Gym Prep Custom Programming

Our Customized Approach: 

We begin with an in-depth assessment to understand your strengths, challenges, and goals. Together, we create a program that's perfectly aligned with your unique needs.

Custom Fitness Program: After the assessment, you'll receive a tailored 3-month fitness program designed to meet your goals and fit your lifestyle.

Option 2: Gym Prep Plus

This program includes In-Person Training Sessions (4 weeks, 2 times/week)
As well as, Assessment + Custom Programming (3 Months) 🏋️‍♀️  What are the other benefits of of our “Gym Ready Program?”

  • Expert Coach: Benefit from a coach who understands you and creates a program tailored to your needs.

  • Access to Support: Reach out with questions and get timely feedback. You're never alone on this journey.

  • In-Person Sessions (Tier 1): We'll meet in person 8 times (twice a week) to focus on technique, build strength, and boost your confidence.

  • Post-Assessment: We'll review your progress, re-test your abilities, and celebrate how far you've come.

  • Tier 2 - Fly Little Bird! Program Creation & Support: I'll personally design a fitness program that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. You'll never be left to navigate the gym jungle on your own. Weekly check-ins and optional bi-weekly coaching calls ensure continuous guidance and support for an additional 3 months.
