Frequently Asked Questions

What will I learn?

Over the six months of the Stronger Together Program, you will learn about how to cut through the overwhelm and focus on habits, on things we can control. You will learn how to create habits, maintain habits, how to start small in order to create powerful change, and how to make room in your brain for other things (instead of thinking of your weight all of the time).

Why do we work with habits?

  • Habits are usually daily actions that help us achieve our desired outcomes. For example, you can read all about the benefits of hydration, but you need to drink water to get hydrated.

  • We will practice skills in the area of nutrition. We will learn not just what to eat and how much, but how to eat (hint, it's not fast).

  • We will also learn how to balance sleep, movement, environment, relationships with food and people, and recovery.

How will we work with habits?

We will introduce 1-2 habits (actions) that you will practice over two weeks. You will practice, discover, revise, and take action during that time.
Together, we will read articles, ask questions, and support each other in creating these new, healthy habits.

How much does the program cost?

Because habit change takes time and patience, this program requires a 5-month commitment and a financial investment.
This program is for people who are seeking lasting transformation, not a quick fix.

Because the investment is not trivial, we have three different payment plans depending on your financial situation and payment preference.

How do I register?

If it seems like a good fit, Julie will reach out to you, and you can set up a Zoom meeting with Julie.

What happens if my application is accepted?

Your first lesson will drop on Saturday, May18th, and your first official coaching call will be on Monday, May 20th from 7pm- 8pm.
